Scale

A published site is not a finished site.

Sites that nobody tends to decay. Plugins age, certificates expire, and the backup nobody ever restored turns out to be worthless on the day it matters. These are monthly care plans, with what they cover and what they do not stated up front.

Why this exists

What used to be bundled in now has a name and a scope.

For years we folded maintenance into the price of the site without saying what it covered or where it ended. That failed both ways: clients never knew what they could ask for, and we could not commit to a response time. A service with a written scope and a price of its own beats an undefined favor.

  • You know what is covered and what is not before you sign.
  • There is a committed response time, not a vague promise.
  • Cancel whenever you want. These are monthly plans, not lock-in.

What it does not cover

A care plan is not a development retainer.

Everything below is quoted separately, always. This is not fine print: it is what makes a committed response time possible instead of an open-ended wish list.

  • New functionality: sections, modules or integrations that did not exist.
  • Redesigning the site or changing its structure.
  • Moving to another platform, another CMS or another provider.
  • Campaigns, search strategy and social media management.
  • Original content production: copy, photography or video.

When you need any of it, we quote it as a project on its own schedule. The plan keeps running in the meantime.

Plans

Three levels of coverage.

All amounts are monthly, in Mexican pesos, before tax. What separates one plan from the next is how much attention your site needs, not how much your business is worth.

  • Basic · MXN 1,500

For a corporate site that changes rarely and needs to stay up, current and backed up.

  • Professional · MXN 2,800

For a site that changes often, or one whose traffic the business actually depends on.

    Most chosen

  • Premium · MXN 4,500

For a store or a platform in active use, where downtime turns directly into lost sales.

Hosting and domain

We manage your hosting. You stay the owner.

We do not resell hosting or domains. You contract them and they stay in your name. We manage them, watch that they respond, renew the certificate and answer when something breaks. If you ever change providers or agencies, you do not need our permission or need to claw anything back.

  • The domain and the hosting account are always in your name.
  • We handle administration, monitoring and response.
  • The credentials are yours, and they are handed over documented.

We do not commit to a server uptime percentage, because the infrastructure is not ours. We do commit to how fast we respond when something stops working.

If we did not build your site

We take on sites built elsewhere too, and they price differently.

These plans cover sites that came from here, whose condition we already know. Taking over an installation nobody has reviewed starts by opening it up and finding out what is inside, so it is quoted separately and includes that first review. The calculator estimates it in a minute.

Questions

What people ask before signing.

Do unused adjustment hours roll over?

No. What you buy is availability reserved for your site, not a bucket of hours to spend down. A quiet month does not build credit, and a busy one does not trigger an extra charge as long as it fits the plan.

What if one month needs more hours than the plan includes?

We tell you before doing the work, not after. If it is a one-off, we quote it separately. If it keeps happening, the next plan up is probably a better fit and we will say so.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Plans are monthly and you cancel by telling us. The annual option exists because the price works out better, not to tie you down.

What counts as an update?

The CMS, its plugins and the site dependencies, with a check afterwards that everything still works. Updating without verifying is the most common way to break a site that was fine.

What happens if the site goes down?

Monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice. From that point your plan’s response time applies.

Are backups actually tested?

Yes, which is why we call them verified. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption, not a backup.

Want to talk about what your site needs?

We look at the shape it is in and tell you which plan fits. If none of them do, we will say that too.
