General scope

What this site does and does not cover

The site describes capabilities, delivery models, and historical references; it does not replace a contractual proposal.
Calculator amounts are indicative and depend on technical and business assumptions.
Final project conditions are confirmed in writing before kickoff.

Authorship and portfolio

Authorship credit and portfolio publication

Unless the client expressly asks otherwise, Editando Ideas places the credit “Created by Editando Ideas”, with a link to editandoideas.com, on the digital works it develops.
Editando Ideas may show those works in its portfolio with screenshots, the project name and a general description of the work performed.
Ownership of the work belongs to the client under its contract; Editando Ideas retains only the right to be credited as author.

Clients may ask at any time for their project to be removed from the portfolio, or for the credit to be omitted, by writing to tania@editandoideas.com.

AI content

Content packages, credits and use of artificial intelligence

Pieces in the content packages are generated with third-party artificial intelligence tools and are reviewed by a person before delivery.
Once paid, the client may use the delivered pieces for its business purposes. Copyright protection for AI-generated material may be limited under applicable law, so exclusivity over generated elements is not guaranteed.
No identifiable real people are generated and no third-party brands are used. The client warrants that it holds the rights to the material it provides: logos, photographs and copy.
Package Báalam and the credits included in the monthly fee do not roll over to the next month. Topped-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
The credit usage table has an effective date. A rate change applies to later usage, never to what was already recorded.
Credit usage is reported in a monthly email report. The usage and top-up dashboard is in preparation.
How topped-up balance is handled when the Dedicated package is cancelled is agreed in writing in the proposal.

Estimate scope

It is a preliminary quote, not a contract. Projects are estimated with reference rates over a team and schedule you can review and edit; packages and fixed-price products are shown at their published price. A real project depends on technical debt, approval paths, integrations, and requirements discovered during execution.

The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server and nothing is stored.
