Real problems. Technical decisions. Products in production.
This is not a logo wall. These are systems we built that are still running, with the problem each one solved and the role we actually played.
What backs these up.
Relationships that are still active
Some clients have worked with us since 2016 and 2017. Eight years and three technology generations later, the relationship holds. You do not get that by selling hours.
Systems in production
The learning platform below went live in 2018 and is still running. A system with real users counts for more than ten corporate websites.
This site
Bilingual, prerendered, accessible, with no external runtime dependencies. It is the one piece of evidence you can audit right now without asking anyone for permission.

Education and training
Consalud
Learning platform for a national medical residency exam
Problem: Thousands of physicians were preparing for a residency exam with scattered material and no way to measure their progress. The content existed; what was missing was structure, simulation, and access from a phone.
Solution: A web platform with a content library, an exam simulator backed by a question bank, a study plan with a calendar, live and recorded classes, and in-platform purchases. Android and iOS apps covering most of the content, plus an online store for subscriptions.
Our role: Design, development, and operation of the whole product: web, mobile, store, and admin panel.
Reached 6,000 users in its first five months. In production since 2018.

Consalud
Content control dashboard for the learning platform
Problem: The academic team depended on engineering to upload every class, every exam, and every document. Publishing content required a deployment.
Solution: An admin dashboard to build structured classes, upload media, classify content, manage the question bank, assemble exams, create subscriptions and coupons, target discounts by student segment, and export data.
Our role: Design and development of the dashboard and its permission model.
The academic team publishes without engineering involvement. Content loading stopped being an engineering bottleneck.
Public sector
Records and application management for a federal program
Problem: Each application round produced hundreds of records whose documents were reviewed by hand, lost in email, and impossible to trace. Nobody could quickly answer where a given participant stood.
Solution: A management dashboard with per-participant records, bulk document upload and compressed batch download, user grouping, advanced filtered search, PDF reporting, Excel import and export, data catalogs, and differentiated administrative roles.
Our role: Data model design, platform development, and definition of the role scheme.
Document review moved from email and shared folders to a process with states, owners, and an audit trail.

Corporate training
Centro de Capacitación de Ejecutivos
Assessment platform that assigns courses by competency standard
Problem: Participants enrolled in the wrong course because nobody measured their starting level against the applicable competency standards.
Solution: An assessment platform with multiple-choice and matching questions, scoring against the relevant standard, and automatic enrollment into the right course based on the result.
Our role: Design of the assessment logic and development of the platform.
Course assignment stopped depending on the judgment of whoever handled the enrollment.
Corporate training
Centro de Capacitación de Ejecutivos
Custom ERP for a corporate training consultancy
Problem: The operation was growing on spreadsheets and email. The processes lived in people’s heads, not in a system.
Solution: A management system built around the company’s real business rules, with operational reporting and control over internal processes.
Our role: Business rule discovery, system design, and full development.
The company’s first custom software build, in 2016. It marked the shift from graphic work to product engineering.
Retail
Online stores with payments and a manageable catalog
Problem: Businesses with product ready to sell but no channel of their own, closing every sale through direct messages.
Solution: Stores with a manageable catalog, cart, user registration, PayPal and Mercado Pago payment integration, and an order and customer dashboard.
Our role: Design, development, payment integration, and post-launch support.
Several stores in operation. Some of these client relationships are still active years after launch.

Clients
The companies behind them.
These are the brands that have trusted us with a project. The cases above come from here.
Every case opens up in full, in a conversation.
All of these projects are in production. If one looks like yours, we walk through it with you unabridged: what was decided, what was ruled out, what cost more than planned, and what we would do differently today. Always with the technical detail, and with names when the client authorizes it.
Does your challenge look like one of these?
If you want the technical detail on any of them, you can talk to the person who built it.
